Returns The following applies only to orders placed from the Coverking Store. Please contact the establishment you purchased your Coverking product from to understand their Return / Warranty policies. Coverking Custom made products may not be returned for credit. Coverking Products which are not custom may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, if the product is in new, resellable condition. Such products must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email returns@coverking.com. Include your Coverking Store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return. Warranty Coverking products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted on the product pages. If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, Coverking will repair or replace the product. Such warranty claims must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email |
